Conversation with Censeo on the Homes England CFG Changes, Key Insights & Challenges Ahead (1)

It has been three months since the updated Section 6 – Affordability of the Homes England Capital Funding Guide (CFG) came into effect on 1st August 2024, impacting shared ownership homes across England and Wales (excluding London). 

Now that we've had some time to navigate these changes, we wanted to share some reflections on what has been working well and where challenges have arisen.
