At The NSG, we believe in the power of connection. Our mentoring programme bridges generations of experience from our mentors, with emerging talent, creating opportunities for growth, learning, and impact for our mentees. Whether you're here to guide or to grow, this programme is for you.
Our mentoring programme will be created with the support of the Adecco Group, matching mentors with mentees and overseeing the 6-month programme. We’ll catch up through quarterly calls to mentors and mentees to see how they progress.
