Join us for the NSG Housing Lab – Manchester! In partnership with the NLG Manchester Conference our regional Housing Lab will return to Manchester on the 12th June 2024.
This will be an opportunity for members to attend a FREE event where they can hear from industry experts, share knowledge, discuss relevant sector topics. There’ll also be a chance to undertake a little training and networking too. The agenda for the day will cover regional topics such as:
- Resales
- Service charges
- Leasehold reform
- The political climate
- The new affordability guidance
- Understanding the lease
- Post sales transactions including transfer of equity and lease extensions.
This is a FREE event to attend and places will be limited.
