Join us for our monthly conversation with Homes England on 22nd February at 10am. Homes England will provide an update on any changes or projects being undertaken which members need to be aware of, specifically in February this will be a brief update on work being undertaken on assessing applicant affordability. There will be an opportunity for members to discuss policies/procedures surrounding this subject after the update from Homes England so please bring thoughts and questions for discussion.
